For instance I personally know several college that implement unacceptably useless software to manage HR, and in-house details as well as student information, grades, portals, class schedules, bookstore, etc such that the colleges know they have the worst possible software but do not know anything better out there they can move onto. From experience, as a technologist constantly taking classes anywhere I find what makes me more dynamic I have been frustrated by many of these applications and have subsequently discussed with the school staff who expressed disgust at the mention of the software they use. The same goes for several government entities and healthcare units I have come across. I believe MS can easily expand Dynamics CRM and Dynamics CRM Online into these areas so partners can deliver world class solutions to these clients.
