Will Semblio be available in the public beta annonced for mid november of Office 14? Will the education version of Office 14 (beta) be public at the same time? If not, will there be a possibility to test the new education version shortly?

The current Semblio builds will work with the upcoming Beta 2 of Office 14. There will not be a specific release of Semblio to coincide with the next beta from Office, but the existing builds will work.
At this time there hasn't been an announcement about the specific SKUs Office will release as part of the next beta.

I have read in several places that the Semblio authoring tool would be packaged with Office 14.

So far that does not seem to be the case. If it is in Office 14 then I have yet to find it (in the beta). Do you have any updates on the authoring tool? Is it there and I just can't find it or will it be supplied in a different package? You mention above that the current builds will will work with the beta, but I don't undrestand what you mean by that. Is that the SDK that you referring to or is there already an authoring tool in beta?
