First off, thanks for registering for the Global Education Partner Summit 2010.  As of this moment, we have 239 executives representing 151 partners from 35 countries planning to attend this event.

This e-mail to handle a number of very important items:

1.       As you can tell from the number above, we are getting very full.  If you are no longer planning to attend, please let us know at mailto:GEPS@microsoft.com?subject=CANCEL REGISTRATION!!!.  This way we can offer your spot to another partner.

2.       If you still need an official invitation for visa purposes, let us know right away at mailto:GEPS@microsoft.com?subject=VISA ASSISTANCE!!!.

3.       Register for your hotel as soon as possible.  We have discounted rooms available, but the blocks of rooms are released as of January 1, 2010.  So, to make sure you get the best rate, please register right away.  The hotel information is located on the GEPS site at www.msEDUcommunity.com/GEPS2010.

4.       We would like to list all of the partners who are planning to come to GEPS on the GEPS site to help facilitate networking.  All we plan to do at this time is list the COMPANY NAME and COUNTRY.  If you don’t want your company listed, let us know before December 10, 2009, at mailto:GEPS@microsoft.com?subject=Do Not List Us!!!.

5.       Please subscribe to our GEPS bog at http://cs.mseducommunity.com/blogs/geps2010/rss.aspx.  We will be using the blog to help communicate with you as we get closer to the event.

6.       The current agenda has just been posted on the GEPS site at www.msEDUcommunity.com/GEPS2010.  It is not locked, but I thought you would want to know what we are thinking.  If you have feedback (good or bad) or think we have missed something important, let us know right away at mailto:GEPS@microsoft.com?subject=AGENDA!!!.
